Whimsical Topsy Turvy Sweet 16 Cake!
This cake was designed by the 16 year old it was for. Afer I got it all ready for her I let her come over so she could decorate the cake mostly herself. It was a lot of fun and she had a blast decorating it! This cake has a little bit of everything in it and I finally got to do a real topsy turvy cake. Awesome cake for any girl’s Sweet Sixteen party!
